The Perfect Lunch

I found myself at home for lunch this Wednesday. Instead of heating up leftovers or slapping together an unappetising salad, I made up a plate of fresh tomato, deli meats and mustard. I ate it with chunks of spelt bread and a cup of rose tea.

I’ve been trying to eat mindfully recently. To eat when I’m hungry and to eat what my body wants. I’m also enjoying presenting my food restaurant style. It makes it taste so much better.

Why don’t you have a mindful meal today?
