A few little suggestions to make your outfit more unique…
* Use shoe clips. I know you are thinking I am incredibly daggy and antiquated but hear me out. They are so versatile! You can glue anything on them flowers, gems, plastic toys, dice, charms, bows, laminated pictures – the possibilities are endless. Plus it will make that pile of black flats you own stretch a lot further.
* Use scarves. Tie them around your head, neck, waist or wrist. Never underestimate the importantance of scarves.
* Change buttons. I went to Lincraft on the weekend and nearly died with excitement at their enormous selection of buttons! Any simple cardigans can be completely revamped if you sew little diamantes or strawberries in place of the boring black ones. They even had turtles. Turtles! Cuteness over load…
