his is a pretty big day for me. I’ve been blogging for 9 years so I’m not used to working on something for longer than, say a week. This suits me fine because I have a rather… varied… attention span so I like to work on lots of things at once. I also like to get things done so if a task is only going to take me a day, I’m all over it. This is probably why I’m best at short-form writing and why I’ve never started writing a book. I don’t quite know how I’d cope working on the same piece of writing for over a year and honestly I don’t have much desire to do that. I like short, sharp activities and doing different things every day. It’s my jam.

They look so simple but creating them is like doing a puzzle except you don’t know how many puzzle pieces you have and some dick head has taken off with the box so you don’t know what picture you’re supposed to be making.
