How To Have Beautiful Mornings

W

hat do your mornings look like right now? Do you get out of bed with a smile on your face, feeling rested and ready to face the day? No? Yeah. Me neither. Even the most disciplined people need to have practices in place to make sure their mornings aren’t a total stress-fest that ruins their day.

If your mornings are rushed and frantic and you roll out of bed after the pressing the snooze button twenty times, you need to know about conscious mornings.

If you…

Sometimes do your make-up in the car or on the train because you’re running late
Never have time to pack your lunch for work
Arrive at your desk feeling cranky because your morning sucked
Have daily arguments with your kids in the morning
Dread getting out of bed and starting your day

You need conscious mornings. You don’t have to get up earlier – you just have to be more organised.

In this Episode Carly and Kelly share their personal morning routines and why those routines make, not just their mornings better but life in general better too.

This week on Straight and Curly Kelly and I discuss our morning routines and you give some super valuable tips to change your mornings so you don’t wake up every day hating life. Sounds good right?
You can find this week’s episode about Conscious Mornings on Straight and Curly – a podcast for self improvement junkies. Each week we try a life hack like eating 5 cups of vegetables every day or keeping a gratitude journal. Then we report on our findings and tell you whether you should try it or whether it’s a giant waste of your time.

If you don’t know how to listen to podcasts don’t fret – here are a few tips.

iPhone users

Open up the podcast app on your phone (it already lives there so you don’t need to download it) and search for Straight and Curly. Then hit subscribe and you’re good to go.

Android users

The same as iPhone users but you just use the Android podcast app.

Desktop users

You can listen to it while you work at your computer – just click this link here.

Or you can listen to it right here –

If you love the podcast, it would be totally ace if you left a review. It helps other self improvement junkies to find each other and then we can sit around and chat about productivity while eating activated almonds and drinking matcha. Heaven.
