5 Super Quick Workouts For Super Busy People

In February I started a challenge where I had to exercise every day for just 20 minutes (#20minutesaday). I read somewhere that Kate Hudson exercises this way and her figure is FAB so I had to give it a try. It was actually awesome. I lost 2 kilos over the month and all my clothes started fitting better. It was very managable – I just needed to truly commit to it and make time every day to get those 20 minutes in. Sometimes I had to squeeze in workouts in hotel rooms but I managed to go the whole month without skipping a day. Although I’m very excited to not have to exercise on weekends anymore I do miss the routine and generally feeling of awesome I got from working out every day and I thought I’d pop together a list of 5 super quick workouts for super busy people. Any of these would be great – just do a few circuits until you reach 20 minutes!

Short On Time Work Out from Women’s Health Mag

Barefoot Workout from Mommies With Style

3 Minute Arm Workout from Buzzfeed

One Song Work Outs from BuzzFeed

Wake-Up Workout from Diary Of A Fit Mom

All of these workouts are perfect for a quick pre-work session, a lunch time outdoor workout or a quick sweat sesh when your kids at school.

The trick with short workouts is to never underestimate them. Work hard, really sweat and never, ever skip them and you’ll reap all the rewards that short workouts have to offer.

Have you tried any quick and dirty workouts? What are your favourite ways to workout quickly?
